By accessing or using Liquidity24, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the platform on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
1. Platform Overview and Neutrality
Liquidity24 operates as a Business-to-Business (B2B) discovery platform designed to connect brokers, fintech companies, funds, and institutional participants with financial infrastructure providers, including liquidity providers, technology vendors, and payment solutions.
Liquidity24 does not provide trading services, brokerage services, liquidity, investment advice, or financial recommendations. The platform does not act as a counterparty, introducing broker, or intermediary in any transaction. All connections made through Liquidity24 are informational and facilitative in nature. Any agreements, integrations, or transactions are conducted directly between users without involvement from Liquidity24.

2. Eligibility and B2B Use
The platform is intended exclusively for professional, institutional, and corporate users operating within the financial services and trading infrastructure sectors. By using Liquidity24, you confirm that you are acting in a professional capacity on behalf of a company or organization. The platform is not intended for retail users or individuals under the age of 18. Liquidity24 reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to users who do not meet these criteria or who use the platform in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose.
3. User Accounts and Registration
Certain features of the platform require account registration. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain and update such information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. You must notify Liquidity24 immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
4. Provider Listings and Verification
Companies may create and manage profiles within the Liquidity24 directory. By submitting information, you confirm that all data provided, including corporate, regulatory, and operational details, is accurate and not misleading. Liquidity24 may offer a “Verified Provider” status to certain listings following a structured review process. Verification is provided for transparency purposes only and does not constitute an endorsement, certification, or guarantee of a provider’s services, financial condition, or ongoing regulatory compliance.
5. Requests and Platform Interactions
The platform may allow users to submit requests or inquiries related to financial infrastructure services. By submitting a request, you authorize Liquidity24 to share your provided information with relevant providers to facilitate direct communication. Liquidity24 does not guarantee responses, outcomes, or suitability of any provider.
6. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities
Users agree to use the platform in a lawful and professional manner. Prohibited activities include: submitting false information, unlawful or fraudulent use, unauthorized access attempts, scraping data without permission, distributing spam, and interfering with platform operations.
7. Fees and Commercial Terms
Certain services, including company listings and enhanced visibility features, may be subject to fees. Liquidity24 does not charge commissions or success fees on transactions between users. All commercial agreements are made directly between the parties involved.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, design elements, software, and materials on the Liquidity24 platform are the property of Liquidity24 or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform and all related content are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Liquidity24 does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided by third-party users or listed companies.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Liquidity24 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the platform. All use of the platform is at the user’s own risk.
11. Data and Privacy
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information.
12. Termination
Liquidity24 reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform at its discretion, including for violations of these Terms. Users may discontinue use of the platform at any time.
13. Changes to Terms
Liquidity24 may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in legal requirements or platform operations. Updated Terms will be published with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
